Getting the Goods
As a buyer, you have three convenient options for collecting your new purchases:- Pick-up: Email us at [email protected] or call us at 416-834-9611 to arrange a time that is convenient for you to stop by the warehouse at Dufferin and Davenport. More specific directions will be provided.
- Delivery: Kipkoo can suggest several reputable local delivery options for people in the GTA, once you've decided on an item. Prices usually range from $50 to $100 depending on where in Toronto you're located and how many people are needed to deliver the item.

Payment
Found something you love? You have two payment options:

PayPal (Credit Card)
For convenient and secure payment, Kipkoo offers PayPal. If you don’t have a paypal account, it’s no big deal. You can still pay by credit card through PayPal’s secure, convenient guest setting. We will then mark your item as “sold” and proceed with getting your item to you in the manner chosen. If you are a local arranging to pick up the piece, we will refund the shipping in person. -
Pay in Person (Cash)
Local buyers will have the advantage of being able to come by the warehouse to see the item before committing to payment. If you see an item you want to buy, please call or email to arrange a visit to the warehouse. Once you've arranged a visit, the item you wish to buy will be placed "on hold", to prevent another buyer from scooping it up. Items will be on hold for a maximum of seven days.
Shipping
We at Kipkoo would like to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. For this reason, we do not ship beyond North America. Using ground shipping, we will gladly ship our products to anywhere in Canada and the United States.
Unless otherwise specified, Kipkoo uses Canada Post for all shipping. Shipping costs are estimated as accurately as possible using a shipping scale to weigh all products and their accompanying protective packaging. However, in many cases, the final shipping price may be higher or lower than the rate estimated on canadapost.ca. Shipping fees also vary according to distance. Shipping a parcel to Vancouver, for example, will cost more than shipping to Saskatoon. If you require a more accurate shipping quote, please call 416-834-9611 before you buy. Otherwise, you are free to pay the shipping fee shown upon check-out.
Shipping fees will be lower when several items are shipped together. The various combination of items is too complex to calculate on the site, so please email [email protected] before purchasing if you would like a more accurate shipping quote for multiple items.
Shipping Furniture Items
Please note that, at this time, furniture items are only available for local pick-up and delivery.
International (US) Orders
Please be aware that there will be duty or import tax for delivery of items into the United States. Please check with your local authorities for any details. We are not responsible for any duties or tax. This is an additional fee that is not included in the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept orders outside of Canada and the US. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause. In the future, we may change this policy, so we thank you for continuing to visit Kipkoo.ca
Return Policy for Local (Toronto / GTA) Buyers
Though we make every effort to inform you of any imperfections in the secondhand items available on our site, given the nature of secondhand items, it is fair to assume that some items may have some minor scratches or wear marks that did not show up in the photo.
If you get an item home and decide it doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly provide you with a store credit if you return the item within seven (7) days of purchase.
Return Policy for Buyers outside of Toronto / GTA
If you wish to return an item to Kipkoo, please notify us by email within three (3) days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shipping address and reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return if the item is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented. Returned items found not in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.Please note, all returns must be received by us no later than 30 days after your purchase date. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact Kipkoo to discuss options for returning your item(s).
Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your store credit. Sorry, no full refunds. Please note: we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent. The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent. If the item is found to be faulty or wrong we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a store credit is arranged. Privacy + Security
Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. Personal information you provide to us while making a purchase (ie: name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship-to address and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems. These personal details provided by you to Kipkoo in relation to your purchase or site registration will not be used or given to any third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased goods, or to provide you with updates regarding Kipkoo.

Legal capacity to transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Kipkoo. By accepting these terms and conditions herewith you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Pricing
All prices displayed in our product pages are in Canadian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notification for products displayed in our online store at any time. The prices payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are ordered. We will endeavour to display the most current prices but errors may occur.
Payment Methods & Processing
Kipkoo uses the Big Cartel shopping cart system and interfaces with Paypal. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
